Title: Scheduler/Planner - All Levels KBR is experiencing continued growth across major defence, transport, water, and energy programs and is seeking Scheduler/Planner - All Levels to join our Adelaide-based Project Controls team. You'll support project planning and delivery by developing, maintaining, and analysing schedules across complex, multi-disciplinary programs. Responsibility will be aligned to your experience, with Senior Schedulers taking greater ownership of schedule delivery and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: + Develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules + Analyse schedule performance including critical path, float, and progress trends + Support monthly reporting and Project Status Reports + Apply schedule risk analysis, contingency planning, and scenario modelling + Build and manage resource-loaded schedules and profiles + Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery teams + Conduct schedule integrity checks and ensure alignment with controls standards What You'll Bring: + Degree-qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or similar (or equivalent experience) + Scheduler: 3-5+ years' experience + Senior Scheduler:



8+ years' experience + Strong Primavera P6 and/or MS Project experience + Advanced Excel skills (Power BI highly regarded) + Strong communication and time-management skills. + Security Clearance: Holding or being eligible for Baseline/NV1 security clearance is advantageous for defence projects but not required for non-defence work.
