We now have a rare prospect for an experienced Ad Sales Account Manager to join our industry-recognised team in BRISBANE. **What youll do as an Account Manager Ad Sales:** As an Account Manager you'll work within Paramounts high performing Ad Sales team representing and selling advertising across the Paramount ecosystem including Network Ten. You will be a champion of TV/Streaming and display a firm understanding of the role it plays in delivering effective outcomes for your portfolio of clients. You will act as the face of the Paramount brand in market, representing with passion, maximising revenue opportunities, creating best-in-class strategic solutions, and building meaningful relationships with your partners. **Some of the key responsibilities include:** + Leading a dynamic portfolio of Agency/Direct clients with accountability for achieving revenue, increasing market share and yield targets across the wider Paramount playground (TV, BVOD, SVOD). + Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions. + Proactively engage with media agencies via regular in person meetings and presentations to pitch creative opportunities and integrated cross-platform solutions. + Mentoring and guiding Account Executives, fostering a positive team culture by providing training and support to enhance the skills and performance of the overall team. + Educating yourself on the evolving media landscape by staying informed on industry trends,
