you will be responsible for performing the following tasks; + Managing guest's luggage and driving automatic and manual vehicles + Showing guests to their rooms and explaining the amenities + Arranging taxis and courier services + Providing support to the Concierge desk + Maintaining current information on all hotel services as well as external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the hotel vicinity **What are we looking for?** + Previous experience in hospitality, retail or fast food preferred. + Excellent personal presentation and communication skills + A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service + Ability to lift heavy objects + Australian Driver's License (dual Manual & Automatic preferred) **_Travel the world and grow your career with Hilton_**
