The ideal candidate possesses genuine excitement and passion for good food and the desire to grow in the industry. You will work with quality products and assist in the culinary department of the hotel. Above all, you will be keen to learn and be committed to achieving the very best. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food + Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist + Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers + Set-up and break down work station + Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles + Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives,
