A specialist landscape design, construction and maintenance company is growing its Brisbane team, with two hands-on roles now available: a Landscape Supervisor and a Landscaper. The business works predominantly on large-scale commercial projects (hotels, bars and apartment developments), alongside select acreage estates and residential builds, with its own on-site nursery supplying stock. This is a chance to work on genuinely large, technically interesting jobs (think sandstone retaining walls, decking, irrigation, water features and multi-month acreage builds) with a company that's scaling fast.

About the Role: Landscape Supervisor

As Landscape Supervisor, you'll run day-to-day site operations across our commercial and residential projects, hands-on and on the tools, leading from the front rather than from an office. You'll take direction from the owner on design intent and scope, then own delivery on site: keeping the crew on track, solving problems as they arise, and flagging anything that needs a bigger call back to the owner. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk-based site manager position.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading and working alongside the crew on-site, hands-on where needed, not just directing

- Leading experienced labourers on decking, concrete and irrigation works

- Coordinating schedules, materials, subcontractors and equipment (excavators, bobcat, trucks)

- Overseeing and constructing hardscape works (retaining walls including concrete, decking, concreting and irrigation) and softscape works (planting, turf, mulching)





- Problem solving on-site and escalating bigger decisions to the owner where needed

- Liaising with clients in a professional, approachable manner

- HR licence highly regarded

About the Role: Landscaper

As Landscaper, you'll work as part of a small, skilled crew delivering both hardscape and softscape works across our commercial and residential sites. We're after someone genuinely versatile: comfortable building retaining walls (sandstone, block, timber sleeper or concrete), laying decking, installing irrigation, pouring and finishing concrete slabs, and turning to planting, mulching and soiling work when that's what's needed on site.

Responsibilities include:

- Constructing hardscape elements: retaining walls (sandstone/block/timber/concrete), concrete slabs and edging

- Decking, concreting and irrigation installation

- Softscape work: planting, mulching,



soiling and general garden construction

- Working under the direction of the Supervisor to deliver projects to spec

- Operating machinery/equipment as required (experience with excavators or bobcats a plus)

- Taking pride in the finish: this is a skilled trade role, not a general labouring position

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For

Both roles sit within a close-knit, family-style team that's professional, respectful and client-focused. We're looking for people who:

- Bring proven hands-on landscaping construction experience, trade qualifications welcomed but not essential if you've got 3+ years across hard and soft landscaping

- Have exposure to more than one retaining wall type (sandstone, block, timber or concrete) and confidence with concrete finishing

- Decking, concreting and irrigation experience highly regarded

- Can lead by example on-site (Supervisor) or take direction and run with it (Landscaper)

- Enjoy problem-solving and take ownership of outcomes

- Communicate well with clients and colleagues alike

- Bring the initiative to suggest solutions, not just identify problems
