St Louis Care is made up of four specialist service areas:

- St Louis Homes – NDIS-approved provider for younger onset dementia
- St Louis Home Care – Government-approved and private support at home care provider
- St Louis Nursing Home – Boutique residential aged care
- St Louis Allied Health – Covering both Metro and regional (FIFO) allied health services supporting South Australian communities

Role: People and Culture Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced P&C; Coordinator, a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing People and Culture Team. The role supports the end to end employee life cycle, maintains compliance documents and has the opportunity to get involved in HR projects.

What you can expect:

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Support the employee lifecycle, including employment documentation and record management.
- Ensure HR compliance requirements are met, including pre-employment and workforce checks.




- Maintain and support HR systems, including Visual Care, Expr3ss and Etrainu.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation and employee correspondence.
- Contribute to People & Culture initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activities.

To be successful in this role:

- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with employees, leaders, and candidates at all levels of the organisation.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality when managing information and records.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to identifying issues and improving processes.
- Build solid working relationships and contribute positively to a collaborative People & Culture team.

Essentials:

- 1 -2 years’ experience in a HR role or equivalent.
- Have a qualification in Human Resources
- Up-to-date Influenza vaccination.
- National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
- Experience using HR and recruitment systems.
- Exposure to corporate and multi-site environments (beneficial)
- A base knowledge of employment law and Industrial relations (beneficial)
