Better Skylights is one of South East Queensland's leading skylight and roof ventilation specialists, servicing Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, the Lockyer Valley and surrounding areas.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive team member to become an important link between our customers, sales team, installers and suppliers.

n

This is a long-term, full-time work-from-home position for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and wants to become an integral part of a growing business.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Answer incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
n
- Respond to emails and website enquiries
n
- Prepare, send and follow up customer quotes
n
- Schedule sales appointments and installation work
n
- Coordinate installer schedules and job requirements
n
- Order products, materials and special-order items
n
- Liaise with suppliers, installers and sales staff
n
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer notes and job information
n
- Assist with general administration and day-to-day office support
n
- Help resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
n




- Follow jobs through and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks
n

Ideally You'll Have

- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- A confident and professional phone manner
n
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Confidence using computers, email, CRM systems and office software
n
- The ability to work independently and stay productive in a work-from-home environment

- A proactive, problem-solving attitude

- Reliability and the ability to take ownership of tasks

- A genuine interest in finding a stable, long-term position

Nice to Have

- Previous administration, scheduling or customer service experience
n
- Experience within the construction, roofing or trade industries
n
- Skylight or roof ventilation industry knowledge — a significant advantage
n
- Experience coordinating tradespeople, installations or field-based teams
n
