We are seeking a motivated and mechanically minded Fabrication Trade Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career within a large and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist tradespeople with general fabrication duties
n
- Learn and support sheet metal processes including:
n
- Cutting
n
- Folding
n
- Welding
n
- Fitment and assembly
n
- Polishing and finishing
n
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
n
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
n
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
n
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Mechanically minded with a strong interest in fabrication
n




- Willingness to learn sheet metal processes
n
- Sheet metal experience is advantageous but not essential
n
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to work effectively within a team
n
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
n
