High-growth fashion ecommerce brand | Creator & affiliate program ownership

n

My client is looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Specialist to own and scale their creator affiliate program - the engine behind authentic brand advocacy and performance-tracked partner revenue.

n

Important: this role is focused on affiliate partnerships. You'll own the gifting and affiliate side of their creator ecosystem - building long-term relationships that convert into commercial growth.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Owning and scaling their affiliate program end-to-end - recruitment, onboarding, code issuance, performance tracking and relationship management, growing toward a 500-partner base
n
- Running their structured creator gifting program, including a seeding calendar and partner reviews
n
- Executing reactive seeding - spotting high-potential creators in comments and tags and gifting them quick to capitalise on organic momentum
n
- Owning affiliate commission tracking, revenue reporting and program compliance
n




- Identifying high-performing creators for elevation into paid partnership tiers
n
- Managing an offshore admin support team member handling gifting logistics and CRM
n
- Collaborating closely with Social, Influencer & Talent, and Paid Social teams
n

What they're looking for:

n

n
- 3-4+ years in affiliate marketing, creator programs or partnerships
n
- Proven experience building, scaling and managing a creator affiliate program - end-to-end ownership, not just support
n
- Fashion experience is essential
n
- Huge bonus: TikTok Shop and US creator experience
n
- Experience managing a high-volume partner base (100+ partners) with strong operational detail
n
- Confident analysing affiliate performance - ROI, revenue attribution, commission tracking
n
- Someone who understands how to build long-term creator relationships that drive commercial growth
n
- Experience managing or directing a junior or offshore team member
