City of Canterbury Bankstown is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor Leisure & Aquatic Operations to lead in office at Birrong Leisure and Aquatic Centre. In a hands-on role, you will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safe, welcoming experiences for our community.

You will perform at least two Duty Manager shifts weekly, while overseeing administration, budgeting support, maintenance, and customer service excellence in a large council facility in NSW.
