Uniting in Horsham is seeking a Youth Wellbeing and Connections Support Worker to provide compassionate, early intervention for young people aged 12–25. You will deliver one-on-one support, coordinate care, and run educational sessions to promote wellbeing and social connection.
You will work with families, schools, and community groups to strengthen resilience and help young people reach their full potential in a supportive, inclusive setting.
