About the Role

As the Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients attending the Pius X clinic. You will provide welcoming,



culturally safe reception services and support. Your work ensures smooth daily operations and positive client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide front desk reception and greet clients in a culturally respectful manner
n
- Manage appointments, recalls, follow‐ups, and daily scheduling
n
- Answer phones, manage enquiries, and direct calls appropriately
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming reception and waiting area
n
- Uphold confidentiality, privacy, and professional boundaries
n
- Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement activities
n
