What You'll Do

n

As part of the IT team, you'll learn valuable skills while supporting staff across the business. Your day could include:

n

- Being the first point of contact for IT support and Help Desk enquiries
n
- Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops and mobile devices
n
- Assisting with troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
n
- Supporting Wi‐Fi, printers and connectivity across the business
n
- Helping roll out recent software and technology upgrades
n
- Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions
n
- Monitoring systems and reporting any issues
n
- Working alongside experienced IT professionals on projects and daily operations
n
- Learning how business technology systems work in a real-world environment
n

You don't need years of experience. We're looking for motivated school leavers who:

- Have recently completed, or are completing, their HSC
n
- Have an interest in technology and computers

- Are eager to learn and develop new skills

- Communicate well and enjoy helping others

- Can manage their time and work effectively in a team
n
- Understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality
n
- Hold a Driver's Licence (or working towards)
