The Role

n

This is a part-time, business development-focused position. The core of what you'll do is get out from behind the desk, build relationships, and bring in new business.

n

This role requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week.

n

You will:

n

n
- Proactively identify and win new clients across the Bendigo and Shepparton regions
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
n
- Represent and grow the Fox Personnel brand in the local market
n
- Work autonomously and take genuine ownership of your results
n
- Getting out and about seeing clients, cold calling etc
n

n

This is not an admin role or an order-filling role. It's a relationship and growth role for someone who genuinely enjoys being out in the market.

Who We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone with a background in business development, sales,



or client relationship management — recruitment experience is a bonus, not a must.

n

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

- Remuneration will be discussed based on the hours and structure we agree on together

- Location: Bendigo office, with time out in the field
