Role : Clinical Head of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Full-Time | Hybrid | Sydney NSW Up to $120k + super + bonus + KM allowance + PD allowance

About the Role As the Clinical Head of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation , you will combine your advanced clinical skills with leadership, mentorship, and education to raise the bar in career development across the organisation—and the wider industry.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Develop high-quality clinical education courses for the organisation's Professional Development Platform
n
- Deliver expert content through face-to-face workshops
n
- Provide 1:1 clinical mentorship and guidance to team members
n
- Offer specialised clinical mentorship within your MSK expertise
n
- Maintain a clinical caseload as a Physiotherapist (24 billable hours)
n




- Collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to research-informed practice improvements
n
- Earn commission on course sales and subscriptions you develop
n
- This hybrid role allows you to be based across any of the organisation's facilities.
n

About You Essential:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience
n
- Beneficial: at least 2 years' experience working within the NDIS
n
- Extensive musculoskeletal experience
n
- Pursuing or holding APA Titled recognition (advantageous)
n
- Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Ability to independently advance your clinical skillset
n
- Proven ability to meet KPIs
n
- Bachelor or Postgraduate Entry Qualification in Physiotherapy
n
- General AHPRA registration
n
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
n
- Ability to work flexibly and travel as required
n
