RACV in Bendigo is seeking a customer service specialist for a permanent part time role (20 hours) in our Retail Outlet. You will assist RACV members in-store and by phone with Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance, Travel Insurance and attraction tickets, while supporting the Memberline Contact Centre with inbound calls.

Extensive 7-week paid training is provided, with potential days in our Noble Park, VIC office.
