The Role

n

To supervise the service of Hotel's rooms in accordance with the established standards, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and providing our Guests with the very best service in a clean healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
- Service and inspect rooms, replenishing supplies and maintaining guest comfort
n
- Manage daily schedules, attendance, and leave to support efficiency and productivity
n




- Communicate closely with Reception regarding room status and guest requirements
n
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S; standards
n
- Assist other departments and step in for the Executive Housekeeper when required
n

What You'll Bring

- Previous housekeeping experience (often 1-3 years) in hotels, hospitals, resorts, or similar environments.

- Demonstrated leadership experience, such as leading shifts or mentoring junior staff.

- Experience maintaining high cleanliness standards and working in rapid-paced environments.
