About the Role

We're seeking enthusiasticCasual Sales Assistants to join our team atVansfor our Holiday period! Join an energetic team passionate about footwear in fast-paced, community-focused retail workplace.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll:

n

- Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
n
- Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
n
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
n
- Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
n
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers
n

Skills and Experience

- Full availability fromMid-November 2026toMid-February 2027- specifically weekends, late nights,Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
n




- Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
n
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
n
- Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment

- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets

- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
