E4 People is recruiting a Leisure & Lifestyle Lead for a large residential aged care home near Hurstville. With 100+ residents, you will own the lifestyle program and lead a team of four Lifestyle Assistants.

You will partner with the Facility Manager and care team to design meaningful activities, tailor activities to individual interests, and ensure documentation aligns with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
