About the role:

n

As a result of our continued success and expansion we have an opportunity available for motivated New Home Sales Consultant in the North (Donnybrook)!

n

As a Recent Home Independent Sales Consultant, you will be motivated and driven to build a successful Sales career.Additionally, you will be required to be available to work on the weekends.

n

Some of the key responsibilities include:

n

Generating leads by engaging clients within the display homes

n

Understanding and assess clients' needs and providing solutions

n

Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets

n

Provide clients with a first-class experience,



exceeding customer service expectations

n

Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers

n

Overseeing the display home is kept maintained to the highest of standards

n

To be considered, you should possess:

n

Company Contractor requirements, such as; ABN, public liability insurance and also workers compensation if you have any employees

n

Driven and highly motivated

n

Hold a current driver's license and have reliable transport

n

Proven history and understanding of the volume residential building industry is preferred but not essential

n

Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills

n

Self-motivated, "can do attitude" and desire to succeed within your own business

n

Professional approach and a positive can do attitude

n

Intermediate to advance computer skills

n

Ability to meet customer satisfaction levels and exceed expectations

n

New Homes Experience is highly desirable

n
