Dental Assistant / Receptionist – Peninsula Gateway Dental (Frankston Vic)

We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member who can provide chairside assistance as well as professional reception support.

n

Position: Full time / Part-time

n

Hours: 8-5 Mon-Thursday and 8-4 Fridays

n

Some early starts and late nights might be needed.

n

About the Role

n

n
- Assisting dentists and clinicians chairside with all aspects of dental procedures
n
- Maintaining infection control and sterilization protocols
n
- Preparing surgeries and equipment for daily operations
n
- Greeting patients and managing appointments
n
- Answering calls and providing exceptional front desk service
n
- Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS/EFTPOS)
n




- Supporting the wider team with daily duties
n

n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist (desirable)
n
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
n
- Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Great with computers and technology (desirable)
n
- Worked with Principal dental software previously (desirable)
n
- A caring, happy, professional and team-focused attitude
n
