Full time |up to12-month fixed term opportunity

Lead a high-performing branch cluster, develop your leadership capability and be part of a customer-owned bank committed to supporting regional communities.

We are seeking aBranch Leader to lead our Tamworth,Manillaand Walcha branch cluster for a 12-month period.This opportunity may suit an external applicantseekinga fixed termrole, or an existing Regional Australia Bank employee interested in a secondment.
n
Remuneration starts from$90k totalremunerationpackage, inclusive of superannuation and leave loading, with the final offer to be based on skills and experience.
n
This isa great opportunityfor someone who enjoys leading people, buildingcapabilityand creating positive customer experiences. Formal leadership experience is valuable, but natural leadership aptitude,confidenceand a genuine interest in supporting others are just as important.
n
You'llbe hands-on when needed, but your key focus will be leading with presence — coaching your team, supportingperformanceand helping resolve customer or employee matters constructively.

- Lead, coach and support frontline teams across Tamworth,Manillaand Walcha.
n
- Build a secure,inclusiveand positive team environment.
n
- Manage branch operations, staffing, customer flow,riskand compliance.
n
- Support quality customer conversations,referralsand local action plans.
n
- Step in when needed to support day-to-day customer service.
n
n
About you
n
You may come from banking, customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, communityleadershipor another people-focused environment.
What matters most is your ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, takeinitiativeand support others to succeed.
n
You'llbringsound judgement,apracticalleadershipstyleandthe confidence toguide your teamthrough day-to-day priorities.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you'll need
n
n
- Relevant qualifications, knowledge, skills or experience suited to the role.
n
- ASIC Tier II Statement of Attainment, or willingness and ability to obtain this upon commencement.
n
- Strong communication, coaching and customer service capability.
n
- A current driver's licence and ability to travel across the branch cluster.
n
- For internal applicants, support for secondment release may be considered as part of the process.
n
