$120,000 per year + company van + annual incentive
SkyWalker Rope Access has been established for 15 years and offers a multi-disciplinary, full time rope access workforce to the construction, mining and industrial industries. Specialising in rope access construction, inspection, and maintenance services in WA.

As our company continues to expand across WA, we are looking for aProject Manager to join our Perth team based in Osborne Park, WA.
About the Position
SkyWalker is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to be responsible for delivering a range of projects for existing and new clients in and around Perth and the wider WA region. You will be in charge of multiple teams completing varied tasks for our clients. You will look to build strong client relationships, safely manage jobs, maintain budgets and provide ongoing leadership to your teams.
As a Project Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Represent the code of SkyWalker to all internal and external stakeholders
Networking, building and maintaining client relationships
Quoting, controlling and managing all aspects of the projects involving construction, building and facade maintenance projects
Project managing from initial site setup to completion
Ensuring effective cost control and effective running of the project
Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors
Project progress reporting and project completion reporting
Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
Ensuring compliance with OHSEQ (Occupational, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) requirements
Provide ongoing leadership and support to all rope access technicians
General day-to-day operational requirements in relation to project performance
About the Person
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences in order to be successful in the position:
IRATA Rope Access Qualification (required)
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Project Management
Understand the Australian Standard / Code requirements
Highly articulate with strong leadership skills
Experience in the building & construction, mining and/or industrial sectors
Exposure to City and Commercial rope access scope of works
Established network within the industry with the ability to convert your network and contacts into new business opportunities
Demonstrated experience in estimating work, submitting quotes, and presenting to clients to win work
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
Proven capability of managing rope access technicians
Excellent administrative and computer skills
Awareness of financial controls and practices such as budgets
Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
