We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Assistant Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our high-performing dealership team.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership and play a key role in driving used vehicle sales, customer satisfaction and team performance.

About the Role

n

Working closely with the Used Vehicle Sales Manager, you will help lead the used vehicle sales team and ensure the department consistently delivers strong results.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Supporting the Used Vehicle Sales Manager with the day-to-day operation of the used vehicle department
n
- Assisting with coaching, mentoring and motivating the sales team
n
- Driving sales performance, gross profit and customer satisfaction
n
- Supporting sales staff through the full sales process
n
- Assisting with appraisals, trade-ins and vehicle valuations
n
- Monitoring stock levels, pricing and vehicle presentation
n
- Following up leads and opportunities to maximise conversion
n
- Ensuring dealership sales processes and compliance requirements are maintained
n
- Helping create a positive, accountable and high-performance team culture
n
- Stepping into the Used Vehicle Sales Manager's role when required
n
- Selling is still required.
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

- Has proven experience in automotive vehicle sales
n
- Is ready to take the next step into a leadership position
n
- Has a strong understanding of used vehicle sales and stock management
n
- Is commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets
n
- Leads by example and knows how to get the best out of a team
n
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- Is highly organised, energetic and customer focused
n
- Has a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to succeed
n
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence
n

Previous experience in automotive sales role will be highly regarded.
