We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller & Warehouse Administrator to join our fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) operation. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service through efficient stock control and administration.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple client accounts.
n
Perform daily cycle counts and coordinate scheduled stocktakes.
n
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
n
Monitor stock movements, adjustments, and reconciliations.
n
Process inbound and outbound inventory transactions within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
n
Prepare inventory and operational reports for management and customers.
n
Coordinate customer inventory enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
n
Liaise with warehouse supervisors,
transport providers, and customer service teams.
n
Ensure all inventory processes comply with company procedures and client requirements.
n
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

About you
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory control within a 3PL or warehousing environment.
n
Strong experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with inventory data.
n
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
n
Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
