OMORFI Gardens is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Landscape Gardener / Site Manager to join our growing team.

We specialise in the ongoing care and presentation of high-end residential properties, estates and premium venues across Sydney and surrounding areas.

n

This is an opportunity for an experienced gardener who takes genuine pride in their work and is ready to step into a senior position with greater responsibility.

n

You'll be trusted to run jobs, lead the team in office and maintain the high standard our clients expect.

n

The Role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Running and overseeing premium garden maintenance jobs

n

Leading and working alongside other team members

n

Planning and prioritising works on-site

n

Detailed hedging, pruning and shaping

n

Lawn and garden maintenance

n

Plant health and general horticultural care

n

Identifying issues and recommending improvements

n

Ensuring properties are left exceptionally clean and presented after every visit

n

Communicating professionally with clients when required

n

Managing tools, equipment and materials on-site

n

Training and assisting less-experienced team members

n

Problem solving and making decisions while working independently

n

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the OMORFI standard

n

What We're Looking For

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

Has a minimum of 3 years' experience in garden maintenance, horticulture or a similar role

n

Has strong experience in detailed hedging, pruning and high-quality garden maintenance

n

Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude

n

Takes pride in producing exceptional work

n

Has excellent attention to detail

n

Can confidently run a job and work without constant supervision

n





Has good leadership and communication skills

n

Is reliable, punctual and well presented

n

Can problem solve and take initiative

n

Is willing to learn and continue developing their skills

n

Works well as part of a team

n

Is willing to work paid overtime when required

n

Is physically capable of carrying out hands‐on garden maintenance work

n

A qualification in horticulture, landscaping or a related field is highly regarded, but practical experience, attitude and quality of work are equally important to us.
