Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead Lobby Lounge at Crown Metropol and deliver premium guest experiences. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the venue, driving operational excellence while fostering service, accountability and continuous improvement.

You will coach a diverse team of hospitality professionals, manage labour and costs, uphold high standards of service and presentation, and build robust relationships with stakeholders to grow venue
