Job Description

- Read and interpret work instructions prior to commencing tasks
n
- Fabricate sheet metal products in line with company workmanship standards
n
- Operate Turret Punch, Brake Press and Guillotine machinery
n
- Support other production areas as required, including Enclosure and Resistor Assembly
n
- Conduct daily safety checks and routine equipment maintenance, maintaining records
n
- Adhere to company quality systems and ISO standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001)
n
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace cleanliness
n
- Report safety, quality, or process risks to Team Leaders or Management
n
- Complete tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Production Manager
n
- Identify and suggest improvements to improve quality or reduce build times
n

About You

- Trade-qualified or experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator
n
- Proven experience operating Turret Punch and Brake Press machines
n
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings
n
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
n
- Reliable, punctual, and versatile across production areas
n
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
n
