We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Female support workers in Wollongong to join our team on a casual basis. If you have the passion, skills, and qualifications we're looking for, we want to hear from you!

Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Provide a person-centered care
n
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
n
- Offer social-emotional support
n
- Organize social meaningful activities and promote community participation
n
- Undertake light household duties
n
- Plan and prepare meals
n
- Aid in mobility
n
- Manage behaviors of concern
n
- Report health or behavioral changes
n
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain records
n
- Provide respite care to facilitate independent living away from family or primary carers
n
- Transport clients to appointments
n
- Support clients with therapy and monitoring
n

n

What We Seek:

n

- Individuals with a strong empathy and resilience, adept at thriving in demanding and agile environments
n
- Strong communication and administrative skills
n
- Passionate,



empathetic, and adaptable individuals
n
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home and Community (preferable)
n
- Relevant experience in disability support
n
- Valid driver's license (own car)
n
- Up-to-date vaccinations
n
- Proficiency in manual handling and client transferring
n
- NDIS screening, Working with Children (WWC) check
n
- Experience with non-verbal participants and behaviors of concern (desirable)
n

Interested in night shift

n

Females are preferable

n

Persian language background workers are in priority.
