n Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking an experienced Service and Maintenance Electricianwith HVAC experience, on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor servicing commercial clients across Brisbane. and 50km radius. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys variety in their day, working across multiple sites, and delivering quality service to a broad range of commercial clients.
n About the Role
n You'll attend approximately 5-6 jobs per day, carrying out service, maintenance, fault-finding and minor installation works. Projects range from factories, through to high-rise office buildings and residential premises.
n Key Responsibilities

n

- Service, maintenance and fault-finding of electrical systems
n
- Split-system air conditioning installations
n
- Switchboard and controls work
n
- Attend reactive maintenance and breakdown call-outs
n
- Complete scheduled service works across multiple commercial sites
n
- Liaise with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
n
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience in a Service Technician role
n
- Current AC Cert II Licence - preferred
n
- Experience working within commercial environments
n
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Knowledge of switchboards and electrical controls
n
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
