We manage paid media for a strong client base spanning ASX-listed companies, government, education, resources, logistics and retail sector. The budgets are significant and the accountability is real.

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own campaign delivery across a varied portfolio. You'll be hands-on in the platforms daily, close to the performance data, and trusted to make decisions on where budget is best spent.

What you'll do

n

Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and potentially Google (if experienced)

n

Manage client budgets and pacing, and make confident calls on allocation

n

Turn performance data into clear, well-reasoned recommendations

n

Shape creative strategy for paid content and write ad copy that converts

n

Keep clients and internal teams informed with timely, clear communication

n

Manage multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball

n

What you'll bring

n





Minimum 3 years' paid media experience (agency background preferred)

n

A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes

n

Strong written and verbal communication

n

Genuine comfort with data and the ability to draw insight from it

n

Platform expertise in Meta Ads Manager and GA4 (Google Ads a strong advantage)

n

Creative thinking and confident copywriting

n

Sharp problem-solving and solid time and project management

n

We're after a strategist and operator who lives in the platforms and drives results.
