I'm currently on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the AM shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the floor, not behind a desk and knows how to lead a team by example.

Whether you've led teams in production, warehousing, or even large retail nightfill operations, if you've got the leadership drive and a current forklift license, I want to hear from you.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your role will involve:

n

n
- Supervise a team of 10 during the morning shift (6am-2pm, Mon-Fri)
n
- Work hands-on in the warehouse/production floor (not a desk job)
n
- Monitor team performance, attendance, output and engagement
n
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
n
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, quality assurance and housekeeping standards
n

What You'll Bring To the Role

n





We're looking for a dynamic individual who is either already Supervising a small team or who is looking for the next step in their career where they can step into a Team Lead / Supervisory role.

n

What we are looking for is:

n

n
- Experience in a production, warehouse or retail / grocer setting (e.g. nightfill, packer, etc.)
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills, you enjoy working with people
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach, lead by doing
n
- Good mechanical understanding of production equipment (advantageous)
n
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
