Our purpose built Imagine Childcare & Preschool Nowra centre is seeking Certificate III and Diploma Educatorsto join our growing team!

Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting a classroom by engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children.

About your recent role

n

Assisting in leading a classroom and actively engaging with educators, families, children, and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences tailored to meet the individual needs of the children.

n

Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

n

Contributing to the documentation of children's skills and interests through a reflective practice cycle.

n

Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment

n

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

n

Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

n

Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

A little about you

n

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA

n

Experience in an early childhood setting

n

Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

n

Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
