About The Role
n
We're looking for Support Workers to support a variety of NDIS and aging clients 1-1 in their own homes in the Rosebud area!
n
Whether you're currently completing your Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or looking to transition from residential aged care into in-home support, we'd love to hear from you.
n
In this role, you'll provide personalised support to help clients remain independent in their own homes and community. Duties may include:
n

- Domestic assistance
n
- Mobility support
n
- Social companionship
n
n
You'll travel up to 30 minutes to support clients in Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Red Hill, Dromana,
and Safety Beach.

About You
n
You have a compassionate spirit and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of others. You also have;

- NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check
n
- Victorian Driver Licence AND your own reliable transport in an insured vehicle
n
- CPR & First Aid Certificates
n
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
n
