About the role: Duties and Responsibilities:

n

This role involves a variety of one-on-one and group physiotherapy services provided to residents inaged care facilities. Some regular duties include:

n

n
- Functional assessments on admission, quarterly/annually, and as required.
n
- Rehabilitation and short-term restorative care
n
- Small-group Exercise classes
n
- Wellness programs
n
- Programs allow for resident-cantered and individualized care.
n
- Manual handling training
n
- Opportunities for work and training in other streams, such as Community Home care, and Telehealth
n

n

Required: Skills and Qualifications:

n

n
- Holds a Bachelors' Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent approved by AHPRA –Full or Level 3 or Level 4 limited Registration.
n
- Has a valid Drivers' license and reliable vehicle.
n




- Possesses Professional indemnity insurance, or willing to obtain it.
n
- Holds a valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willing to obtain it.
n
- Flu Vaccination Certificate (or willing to obtain)
n
- Has COVID vaccine certificate, or willing to obtain it.
n
