About the role:

Our premium health-based products are advertised heavily on T.V, digital channels and through retail outlets; Resulting in 1000’s of enquiries each month with customers wanting to experience and purchase our awesome products. Meaning HOT leads, not cold or even lukewarm!

The successful Sales Executive would possess a tremendous ability to build rapport and consult those customers to help them find the perfect product for their needs and of course CLOSE THE SALE!

This position is a phone based & KPI driven role:

- On-going coaching & development
- Our proven sales process is unique & fun with 12 creative touch points that convert clients, including a killer script.
- You will develop intimate knowledge of our products, clients & sales processes & use that knowledge to assist our customers through the discovery, decision-making & purchase journey.
- Following this proven strategy gives our clients the best experience, solutions & service they have ever had.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Answering inbound calls
- Calling fresh leads that have enquired about our awesome products
- Following our proven sales strategy
- Presenting to customers in our South Melbourne showroom
- Understanding customer needs & matching their needs with the perfect product
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Assisting clients over the phone & through digital channels

About You

- To fit the team you HAVE to be a highly motivated, goal driven sales gun. You have been a top performer in previous businesses & have a clear path on what you want to achieve. You have a mature approach to your work; you don't need to be micro-managed and you are FUN to have around!
