- Manage the end-to-end student journey from enquiry to enrolment
n
- Convert warm leads using a consultative, outcomes-focused sales approach
n
- Conduct high-volume phone, SMS, and email engagement daily
n
- Assess applicant eligibility against published entry criteria
n
- Progress qualified applicants through to enrolment and commencement
n
- Maintain accurate, compliant records in Salesforce CRM
n
- Participate in Open Days, campus tours, and information sessions
n
- Collaborate with admissions, onboarding, and support teams to remove blockers
n

Requirements

- Proven ability to follow structured processes and work within defined guidelines
n
- Confident, professional phone presence with strong listening and rapport-building skills
n
- Self-driven and accountable, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
n
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills, particularly in a phone-based environment
n
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
n
- Comfortable working across CRM platforms and standard business systems, including Word and Excel
n
