Based inMount Waverley,this role is ideal for someone who excels at scheduling and coordination, ensuring customer service and repair activities are completed in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for developing planning activities and schedules while working closely with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What you'll actually be doing

n

n
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs and installation work.
n
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
n
- Work closely with planners, technicians and operational teams to keep jobs running smoothly.
n
- Manage work orders, invoicing,



stock allocation and other administrative tasks.
n
- Monitor schedules, maintenance dates and asset records to ensure accuracy.
n
- Prepare reports and provide updates on planning and operational performance.
n
- Maintain accurate records, support process improvements and assist with team coverage when required.
n

About You

n

- Extremely robust problem-solvingskills
n
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing deadlines and priorities
n
- High levelorganisational andcommunication skills
n
- Being able tobeflexible andadapt to changingsituations/work schedules
n
- Experience in supporting internal & external customers witha high levelof customer service
n
- A current Driver's Licence
n
- Experience within the fire protection industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
