Job Description

Mind Australia is seeking a Human Resources Systems Advisor for an 8-month fixed-term, full time role in Burnley with work-from-home options. You will support HRIS operations, manage employee lifecycle processes, and prepare reports to deliver workforce insights.

You will collaborate with the HRIS team, provide technical support, maintain systems, ensure data quality, and contribute to policy improvements. A Certificate IV in HR, Business Analysis or Systems Administration, or equivalent
