Your role

We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our team in Mackay in a full time, permanent day shift role.

This is a hands‑on position with variety, combining warehouse operations and customer deliveries. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, dispatch and stock movement, while also supporting deliveries to customer sites and providing a high level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving, unloading and checking incoming stock
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time
- Operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks and other materials handling equipment
- Manual handling and movement of stock as required
- Delivering products to customer sites in company vehicles
- Providing friendly and professional face‑to‑face customer service
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse setting
- Working closely with the team to meet daily operational deadlines

About you

You are a reliable and motivated warehouse professional who enjoys being part of a high‑performing team and takes pride in delivering the right outcome for customers.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- A current Driver’s Licence
- Previous order picking and warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A customer‑focused attitude and solid communication skills
- A positive approach and strong teamwork skills

It would be advantageous if you also hold a Dangerous Goods Licence.
