The opportunity

Reporting to a highly experienced State Manager, this field-based role is all about building relationships, driving growth, and uncovering new business opportunities. You'll partner with builders, developers, retailers, wholesalers and construction professionals, promoting a premium range of timber and engineered wood products. From initial specification through to project completion, you'll be the trusted expert and go-to partner across the entire project lifecycle.

Selection requirements

n

n
- Previous experience in Account Management, Sales or Territory management
n
- Experience timber, construction material, hardware or related industry sectors
n
- Proven experience expanding customer relationships and generating new business
n




- Skilled in developing and managing client call cycles, with a proactive, field-based approach
n
- Solid communication, negotiation and influence skills
n
- Current QLD Drivers licence and ability to do some travel as required
n
