Due to continued growth, we're looking for aProject Coordinatorto join our Balcatta team. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating commercial construction projects from award through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, project teams and leading builders across WA.

- Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
n
- Manage project administration, documentation and reporting.
n
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor engagement.
n
- Monitor project programs, costs, forecasts, claims and variations.
n
- Attend client, subcontractor and project meetings.
n
- Support contract compliance, approvals and certification processes.
n
- Maintain project records, warranties,
manuals and handover documentation.
n
- Promote strong communication across project teams and stakeholders.
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and safe work practices.
n
- Work with a recognised leader in the aquatic construction industry.
n
