RAC WA is seeking a Claims Specialist to join our Motor Assessing team at the Welshpool office. In this permanent role (also 12-month secondment/contract), you will provide administrative support and serve as a referral point for motor assessors while ensuring consistent claims services to members.
You will handle claims enquiries, manage caseloads, oversee salvage operations, explain total loss timelines, and collaborate with external assessors and repairers.
