We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers (PCW) for Night Duty to join our aged care team.

n

About the Night Duty Role

n

As a Night Duty Personal Care Worker, you will play an significant role in ensuring our residents receive consistent, compassionate care overnight.

n

Your responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Providing personal care and assistance to residents according to their individual care needs.
n
- Supporting residents with toileting, continence care, repositioning and mobility.
n
- Assisting residents with comfort and wellbeing throughout the night.
n
- Responding appropriately to residents' needs and requests.
n
- Supporting residents to maintain their dignity, privacy and independence.
n
- Monitoring residents and reporting any changes in their condition or wellbeing to the appropriate team member.
n
- Following individual care plans and workplace procedures.
n
- Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents.
n
- Completing required documentation and handover information.
n
- Working collaboratively with other members of the care team.
n
- Providing reassurance and companionship to residents who may wake during the night.
n

- Able to follow care plans, policies and procedures.
n
- Aged care experience and relevant qualifications are highly regarded.

- We welcome applications from experienced PCWs as well as applicants who are looking to develop their career in aged care and have the right attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.
