Sheet Metal Machine Operator

TRS Resourcing is sourcing and screening suitable, trade-qualified Sheetmetal Machine Operator for our client, a leading architectural metalwork company based in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne.

n

Your responsibilities will include operating a Durma Pressbreak and handling thin-gauge sheet metal. Ideally, we need a candidate with experience in architectural bespoke metalwork, as all client jobs will be different.

n

Successful Candidates Must Be Able To Demonstrate The Following

n

n
- Durma Pressbreak, with Cybelec 15T controller
n
- Program folds & make fold adjustments
n
- Handling thin-gauge sheet metal (0.8mm thick), through to thicker gauge material (3mm thick)
n
- Extremely strong communication skills
n
- Set out and interpret workshop/engineering drawings
n
- Fabrication experience
n
