- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
n
- A genuine passion for food and a desire to continue developing your skills
n
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
n
- Strong time management and organisational skills
n
- High standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
n
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
n
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
n
- Willingness to learn, take direction and contribute to the wider kitchen team
n
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
n

What you'll be doing

- Assist with the day-to-day operation of your section
n
- Prepare and cook quality dishes to a consistently high standard
n
- Maintain excellent food quality,



presentation and hygiene standards

- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
n
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
n
- Continue developing your culinary skills and knowledge
