About the Role
n
As a Casual Duty Manager, you'll report directly to the Venue Manager and be responsible for leading front-of-house operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Key Requirements:
n
Approved Managers Card
n
WA RSA Certificate
n
Strong bar and front-of-house experience
n
Minimum 2-3 years of bar and front-of-house experience in hospitality venues
n
Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced settings
n
Experience with POS systems and online booking platforms
n
Legal right to work in Australia
n
Hands-on, self-driven, and a true team player
n
Availability:
n Flexibility is essential. Our venue operates:
n
Tuesday to Friday: 11am – late
n
Saturday & Sunday: 8am – late
n
Shifts will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, based on structured rosters, functions, and events.
