- Support the store's senior leadership team
n
- Keep energy high and workflow smooth in the designated department
n
- Lead by example and ensure daily operations run effectively
n
- Demonstrate best service practices and support friendly, helpful customer advice
n
- Coach team members on appropriate service behaviours
n
- Onboard and train new team members through training and induction support
n
- Maintain merchandising standards in line with business requirements
n
- Manage and coordinate stock effectively
n
- Support departments including Trade, Fulfilment and Replenishment
n
- Participate in the recruitment process through online chat, video interview and onsite meet and greet stages
n

Requirements

- Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
n
- Open communication skills
n
- Genuine interest in coaching and developing others
n
- Ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback
n
- Results-driven and team-player mindset
n
- Approachable and confident when interacting with customers
n
- Enthusiasm for learning about new products
n
- Ability to work morning, day and evening shifts across all 7 days of the business
n




- Ability to remain on your feet assisting customers across a wide range of retail hours
n
- Must be aged 15 or over to applyBackground checks may be required, including police, employment, medical and qualification checks
