Silverchain in Osborne Park is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide and mentor our community care team in delivering high-quality services to clients and carers. The role involves coordinating performance, onboarding, and timesheet approvals while maintaining safety and policy compliance.
Two full time positions are available: one fixed-term to October 2027 and one permanent. Hours are 7am–3pm, Monday to Friday, with local travel and an option for a salary-packaged vehicle or paid KM’s.
