LJ Hooker Casula is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

n

We're after someone who knows property management, is confident in what they do and can hit the ground running.

n

You'll be working alongside a Senior Property Manager managing a shared portfolio of around 300 rental properties. You'll have plenty of support around you, including offshore admin support, an experianced PM and a skilled receptionist.

What you'll be doing

- Looking after landlords and tenants enquiries
n
- Conducting routine inspections and ingoing condition reports
n
- Running open homes and private inspections
n
- Managing applications
n
- Managing maintenance, repairs and trades
n
- Handling day-to-day tenancy matters
n
- Using PropertyTree and Inspection Manager
n
- Participating in a rotating Saturday roster
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Solid property management experience
n
- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
n




- Valuable knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
n
- Someone who knows the general ins and outs of property management
n
- Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy workload
n
- Confident using PropertyTree and Inspection Manager
n
- Someone who is easy to work with and genuinely enjoys being part of a young fun team
n

We're a small team and genuinely look out for each other.

You'll be working alongside a Senior Property Manager with years of experience who is happy to teach you everything there is to know about property management — if you share the same passion for the industry.

n

You'll also have offshore admin support and a Receptionist to help take care of the admin and day-to-day office stuff, giving you more time to focus on your portfolio and your clients.
